Registration is now open for our 6 week challenge!

You will be joining our friendly community for a 30 min workout that encompasses high intensity interval resistance training for all levels. Nutrition advice and support will be given.

Our workout helps you to strengthen your core and overall body, whilst kickstarting your metabolism and keeping you in the fat burning zone. You will engage muscles you’ve probably not used in a long time !!

Although it felt a little strange with safety procedures in place, it was amazing how many past participants got back into the swing of it. We are maintaining safety measures in class but still having a fab time !

It’s all about the community. You also get nutrition support. Anybody can do it, whatever level you’re at. You only need to commit to the consistency and you’ll soon feel fitter again.

Cost is only £42 to include energy and recovery drinks . Please note we only have a few more spaces available. as we are following restrictions for indoor classes, so we are spaced out. 6 Week Fitcamp Challenge

An all body workout for all levels. You will work at your own level and gradually develop the core strength to enable you perform at every other workout. 6 weeks. Bring a friend and receive a gift on the house, but hurry, numbers are limited.
