We provide fitness for all levels from Beginners to Advanced, from health walks to the unique all-inclusive high intensity strength workout for all fitness abilities.
Health walks are every Wednesday 12:30pm. Meet at the Corn Market Hall.
We offer a Fitcamp Challenge to help our participants focus better and feel motivated over a 12 week period.
The workouts are designed to improve both cardiovascular and strength, improve stamina, overall health and abilities, core strength, muscle and bone density.
Once technique has been mastered, CobraFIT can burn up to 1000 calories in a typical 45 min class, shred body fat, gain muscle and improve energy and stamina. You can also continue to burn calories 38 hours after working out.
Since its arrival in Kettering, over 200 people have benefited from our sessions and we aim to impact a lot more lives.
Sessions are now offered on Mondays 6.30pm, Tues 10am and Thursdays 7.30pm.
